What if I uninstall delete Adobe Flash player 10 plugin?
I have the web browser Firefox. In EI 8, I think that you need Adobe Flash player 10 plugin to see those add-ons and stuff like that. What would happen if I uninstall Adobe Flash player 10 plugin?
You need Flash Player 10 for both Firefox AND ie8. Not just ie8. If you uninstall it, you wont be able to watch media that requires the plugin on both browsers so keep that in mind before uninstalling it.
How to draw on black background as well as set up the black background in Adobe Illustrator?
I’m new to Illustrator so there are some things I’m not sure on. I’m trying to design a black t-shirt on Illustrator, so i need a black background and a way to draw on top of that.
Just make a black square the size of the art board (you can lock it in the layers pallete if you want) and go from there. you can move the layers from the back to front by dragging them in the layers palette or going to Object>arrange

What causes the odd shapes I can see when I apply pressure to my eyeballs?
When I close my eyes and press down on my eyelids, I see hundreds of what look like interlocking squares and assorted polygons, along with various colors swirling around. I guess the colors are just my optic nervous system being interrupted, but why the weird looking shapes?
If you press on your eyeballs like that, you can end up sort of moving/pushing on your optic nerve or mechanically triggering the cells in your retina. Nerves tend to malfunction when you squish them, so what you see is just how your brain happens to interpret the scrambled signals it receives (it’s essentially trying to process "brain static" that doesn’t really mean anything). It’s kind of like what happens when your arm or leg "falls asleep" after you’ve been sitting on it the wrong way; the disrupted nerve sends some scrambled signals, which gets interpreted as the tingling, pins-and-needles type feeling, except it’s with visual signals instead of touch or pain signals.

What is the best way to change careers to Web Design/Developement?
I am self taught in many aspects of web design and would like to switch careers to this field but do not have a degree and I am thinking about going back to school. A local community college offers an associates degree in web design but will that be enough? What about schools like the Devry or International Academy of Arts and Design? What are employers looking for in this field?
I work in IT and technical support for Clearwire. Depending on what you want to do, a degree might not be your best bet. For instance, to open a computer repair business, you would think you’d need months and months of training and some sort of degree. Wrong. You need to be A+ certified and you can work on any computer you want as long as you have business licenses. Similar for web design, I’m not sure what you would need to run your own business but the way you come across your certifications is the same. A local community college could have given me tons of training spread out over 2-4 years OR you can pick up a couple books and learn it without the bull in 2-3 months, like I did. I’ve taken a few minor web design classes and decided not to pursue, instead got my Network + and A+ certs and now making $18 an hour on my first year of the job. Depending on how much knowledge of web design you have will correlate to if you need beginning classes coming into the field of web design. Learn it and train yourself, it will pay off in a few months!
