How do I make a web design background flex with the size of the screen?
I want to be able to put a background on a webpage, but have the background color fit the size of the screen. I am running into problems where it scrolls because the background is too big on smaller computers. Is there an html code that adjusts the background to the size of the screen the user has?

When potential jobs do a background check what are they checking for?
Do they call all your previous employers, do a criminal background, credit check? Which one is the main one that is done in a job background check? Thanks!
a background check consist of:
criminal records that are public
any court settlements
they check your name and social security number to see if they are being used in other localities
they will check for actions involving previous addresses and any aliases that you have used
all of these items are found in public records
some employers also do a credit check and some also use law enforcement for more detailed criminal checks.
what information is gathered depends on the service that is used for the checks, there are numerous companies that provide background information.
background checks fall under all the guidelines and laws regarding the reporting of consumer credit
past employment is checked by the employer when they do a reference check

I want to know how many shapes and colors Silly Bandz come in.
I don’t know all of them.
But I know they come in all animals and are sold separately depending on the type.

How can i save an image with a transparent background?
On photoshop i cut an image out of its background and want to save the image as a "render", or image without background. Whenever i save it and upload it, it has a white background.
How can i save it without a background?
Save it as a .png or .gif (.png is my personal favorite) it seems to leave less "artifacts" and have higher quality
