What is the best photo editing program thats free besides picasa?
Im a beginning photographer and want a really cool photo editing program thats easy to use, free, and has a lot of tools. I’ve been using Picasa 3 for a really long time and I would like to try something new. Any suggestions?

How many air filters should be used in a home central air unit?
In the unit inside the garage there is a drawer marked filter. This is the one I was replacing every 3 months. However, in the living room there is a wider space leading to an empty space located below the drawer mentioned above. A contractor who was replacing my tile floor, asked me to place a filter in that space to protect the unit from excess dust. What is recommended ? Now that the work is finished, should I use one filter, as before, or 2 filters?
only need the one, but to be extra safe, use two, up to you though.
How to change the background behind the icons on my ipod touch?
I just jail broke my ipod and I want to know how I can change the background on my ipod. I don’t want to change the icons or anything. Just the background. How do I do this?
Download an app called Winterboard on Cydia, and then you can browse the themes in the theme section on Cydia, then go back into winterboard and you can sort it all out in there.

Should I delete the plugin that is causing my program to crash?
My Adobe After Effects CS5 keeps crashing and I’ve discovered that this is caused by the OpenGL plugin. I’ve read on some sites to move it from the file directory to the desktop. Then it doesn’t say anything else. Is it okay to delete this plugin?
By moving it to the desktop, you’ve removed it from the program, but you haven’t deleted it completely, and so you can save it but use the program without it. That’s why this is suggested; you don’t want to completely delete it because there may be a fix later for the problem. You just want to move it out of the folder where it resides so the program can’t access it.

I am looking for a really good photo editing software. It doesn’t matter if it is expensive or not.

How do I insert background image to Microsoft Word document?
I have tried using the watermark option. I cannot change my margins after I insert the image. My image shifts. The other way I have tried is by using fill effects in the page color option. This option does not let me print the file with the background. Also it shows no background image in the print preview. Tried inserting image in the header but it would not help either. Please help?
Right click the image and go to text wrapping
then choose behind text. after this it shouldn’t shift around.
